Since 1896, Volunteers of America, a faith-based non-profit social services organization, is made up of skilled professionals and volunteers who are dedicated to turning around the lives of the most vulnerable in our community: homeless veterans, adults with addiction challenges, struggling seniors, and children with unique educational needs.
Their Behavioral Health Services Program focuses on treatment, mental health, public safety, and employment readiness. Their goal is to create safe and productive environments where individuals and families are strengthened and human potential is realized.
Volunteers of America Southwest is an established and high recognizable name, however, they were not recognized as one of the top providers of behavioral health service providers in San Diego, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Imperial counties. They were looking to enhance brand awareness and search visibility for search terms used by people seeking behavioral health services as well as individuals looking to donate or volunteer their time to help these causes.
We focused our efforts on website development, Search Engine Optimization, social media management and
content marketing targeting demographics using niche search terms that have minimal competition.
High volume search terms that have moderate competition were also incorporated into the overall strategy.
