The Vista Chamber of Commerce hosts their annual Strawberry-themed festival with live music, contests, prizes, food, beer garden, 400+ vendors, carnival rides, kid’s zone, and STRAWBERRIES!
Vista was once the “Strawberry Capital of the World! This event is San Diego County’s only celebration of the Strawberry.
The attendance for the Annual Vista Strawberry Festival remained consistent at approximately 25,000 attendees and growth had become stagnant.
The Vista Chamber of Commerce was working on efforts to increase attendance in order to attract more vendors and increase sponsors and sponsorships. The efforts relied heavily on small staff and volunteer Board of Directors.
We focused our efforts on improving public awareness amongst their target audience in an effort to increase attendance. Increasing attendance would drive vendor registration and allow them to attract larger and more significant sponsorships.
